ABOUT

Alex Dov
Lead Instructor, SoCal Armed Self-Defense
I started teaching beginner handgun to individuals and couples in 2017 as a good deed for the Jewish community. As demand for gun ownership and personal safety grew, I immersed myself in classes for both armed and unarmed self-defense. Once I expanded my knowledge and experience, I got the opportunity to train people of all walks of life, abilities, and backgrounds. And now, I have decided to dedicate my life to helping people be safe and feel safe.
I find that combining dynamic and realistic firearms training with skills to deter and avoid having to use a firearm in self-defense, is the best way to teach civilians armed self-defense.
